Sales Manager

Salary: £35,000 basic, £65,000 OTE + car + benefits
Hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00–18:00 (No Sundays and a Day off during the week)

Key duties

Lead from the front on the sales floor; coach and motivate the team

Drive targets and customer experience standards

Handle customer queries/complaints professionally

Liaise with manufacturer partners

Oversee pricing and online stock presentation

Compile finance proposals

You’ll bring

Proven ability to lead, support and motivate a sales team

Strong relationship-building skills with customers and stakeholders

Calm, compliant approach aligned to company and regulatory processes

Full UK Driving Licence

Car Sales Executive

Salary: £20,000 basic, £60,000 OTE + car + benefits
Hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00–18:00 (No Sundays and a Day off during the week)

Key duties

Maximise vehicle sales and profitability

Deliver excellent customer service to drive loyalty

Promote options, accessories, warranties and finance

Maintain process excellence

You’ll bring

Sales experience (automotive or similar high-value environment)

Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Target focus with strong influencing/closing ability

Full UK Driving Licence
