ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Southport
SALARY: 38k basic - 42.8k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30. Saturday 1 in 2, 8.30 – 12.30

Calling all experienced Vehicle Technicians / Motor Mechanics for Flame Recruitments client based in Cheshire!

Duties:
• Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
• Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
• Offer support and guidance to fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing

You:
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
• Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
• Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
• Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining a keen eye for detail
• Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment
• A current valid MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence

The company are open to basic salaries, plus you will make bonus and overtime. This will be discussed at interview stage
