We are looking for a confident, driven Van Local Business Development Manager with a passion for customer service and a proven track record in van sales to play a key role in shaping the future of our growing van operation through networking with businesses and building key relationships!

Duties:
o Deliver sales in line with company standards, processes, and targets.
o Build and maintain strong supplier and client networks.
o Provide expert advice on vehicle specifications, pricing, and finance options.
o Support our LCV aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
o Maximise all sales opportunities through effective lead management.
o Maintain accurate customer data and follow compliance guidelines.
o Play an integral role in shaping a growing multi-franchise van operation.

About you:
o Proven success in automotive sales (LCV) - supporting the development of new business
o Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
o Understanding of finance and insurance within vehicle sales.
o A proactive, customer-first mindset with the drive to exceed targets.
o Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
o A professional network that can help grow our LCV operation
