ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Colindale
SALARY: 30k basic, plus bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Flame Recruitment is looking for a competent and experienced Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant to work in our client’s team based in Northwest London.

As the successful Parts Advisor / Parts Assistant, you will liaise with retail and trade customers from a central point for the supply of various brands parts & accessories.

You will handle telephone enquiries for the dealership, order and arrange delivery of parts to the relevant dealerships for collection.

The successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills, good knowledge of car parts and will be competent looking up parts on the electronic parts catalogue, previous experience using Kerridge would be an advantage as well as superb customer care skills to be able to maintain and develop relationships with our trade customers.
