ROLE: Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
LOCATION: Chingford, East London
SALARY: £30,000 basic – £35,000 OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm ( No weekend rota )

Main Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries and booking requests.
Book vehicles for service, repair and MOT efficiently.
Carry out check-ins, monitor progress, and manage vehicle handovers.
Maximise upselling and achieve incremental sales.
Utilise technology effectively to track workflow.
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Work closely with technicians, workshop control and parts teams.
Contribute to improving service processes and customer satisfaction.
You will need:

Previous experience as a Service or Aftersales Advisor (main dealer or independent).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
