ROLE: Assistant Sales Manager
LOCATION: St Albans, Hertfordshire
SALARY: £32,500 basic – £65,000 OTE + car + benefits
HOURS: 8.30–6.00, Sat 8.30–5.00, Sun 10.00–4.00 (5-day week)

This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to join a respected automotive group while taking your first step into management.

Duties include:

Supporting the Sales Manager in leading the sales team
Motivating the team to achieve sales and F&I targets
Ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards
Maintaining excellent vehicle and showroom presentation
Customer liaison face-to-face and by phone/email
Managing customer satisfaction performance
Resolving customer concerns professionally
Preparing finance proposals

Previous motor trade experience
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to motivate and support a team
Professional and calm manner

You must have:

Automotive sales background in the UK
Full UK driving licence
