ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Chelmsford, Essex
SALARY: £30,000 basic – £35,000 OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm — NO WEEKENDS

We are searching for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor who can provide excellent service support, manage workshop bookings, and deliver a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

Duties:

Responding to customer enquiries
Booking vehicles for service and repair
Checking in vehicles on arrival
Tracking vehicles throughout the workshop
Handling customer handovers
Achieving incremental sales
Using workshop systems and technology effectively
Managing personal performance and productivity
Supporting efficient workshop operations
Handling customer concerns professionally
Contributing to continuous improvement of service processes

You:

Previous Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor experience in the UK automotive industry
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
