ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead
SALARY: £42,000 + uncapped bonus of up to £25,000 + Benefits
HOURS: Monday–Thursday 8.00am–5.30pm, Friday 8.00am–4.30pm

We are seeking an experienced Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure performance and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical expertise within a professional, customer-focused service environment.

Duties:

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify faults or issues.
Perform repairs and maintenance including engine diagnostics, brake work, tyre fitting and electrical repair.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain accurate job records and parts usage.
Carry out post-repair testing to ensure safe vehicle operation.
Assist with parts ordering and workshop stock control.
Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in City & Guilds or IMI.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
Experience using workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to diagnose faults accurately.
Full UK driving licence.
