ROLE: Local Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Carlisle & South Scotland

SALARY: £34k Basic – £53k OTE + Vehicle + Phone + Laptop + Benefits

HOURS: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Duties include:

Identify new business opportunities & build long-term relationships
Contact prospects & existing accounts to uncover growth potential
Analyse sales data & target revenue opportunities
Promote genuine parts, products & services
Provide quotations, take orders & manage progress
Maintain CRM activity & pipeline follow-up
Work collaboratively with Parts, Sales & Aftersales teams
You will be/have:

Sales/LBDM experience within the UK automotive industry
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Professional, confident & self-motivated
Full UK Driving Licence
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
