ROLE: Sales Controller
LOCATION: Woosehill
SALARY: 30k basic 50k OTE (uncapped) + Car + Amazing Benefits
HOURS: Monday – Saturday 8.30 – 6.00 (with a fixed day off). NO SUNDAYS!

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller for our client’s main dealership.

Flame Recruitment is recruiting for a dealer group that offer its staff benefits above the normal are currently require a Sales Controller to lead a team of Sales Executives.

Duties:
• Work alongside the sales team
• Motivate and encourage the delivery of key objectives and targets.
• Managing products upsells, finance and insurance
• Closing deals
• Gaining customer commitment at every opportunity

Requirements:
• Previous sales / management experience in the motor trade
• Full UK DL
• Ability to close deals and lead a team
