ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Carlisle
SALARY: 28k basic, 30k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.15 – 5.15. Saturday 1 in 2 from 8.30 – 12.30 paid @ time and a half

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership, Cumbria based.

Duties:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

YOU:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
