ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Cheltenham
SALARY: 30k basic, 35k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership, Cheltenham based.

Duties:
•Responding to customer requests
•Booking in vehicles for service / repair
•Checking in vehicles
•Track vehicle through the workshop
•Handover the vehicle
•Achieve incremental sales
•Use technology effectively
•Manage your own performance
•Contribute to effective working
•Deal with customer complaints
•Contribute to improved service processes

About YOU:
•Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
•Excellent customer service skills
•Full UK DL
