ROLE: Service Manager
LOCATION: Cheltenham
SALARY: 45k basic, 55k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Our team at Flame Recruitment are looking for an experienced Service Manager for our clients busy Cheltenham based dealership.

Duties:
• Drive department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance
• Maximise customer satisfaction by treating everyone as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experience in line with the Company’s ethos of Driving Excellence
• Ensure the business maintains regular contact with all existing customers ensuring service levels are being met, issues are being resolved and further business opportunities identified
• Provide guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude which will help them achieve their full potential
• Encourage all staff to recognise additional business opportunities through the use of regular briefings and the implementation of appropriate systems and incentives
• Recruit, select, train and develop staff as required
• Ensure dealer standards are met and systems and procedures are complied with

To be considered for our ager role, you will need proven experience within the motor trade.
