Flame Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician / MOT Tester for our client’s main dealership in Warrington.
You will need previous experience in a main/franchised dealership or an independent workshop, plus a full UK driving licence and your own tools.

ROLE: Automotive Technician / MOT Tester
LOCATION: Warrington
SALARY: up to 40k plus benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30am • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30am
Duties:
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Complete vehicle health checks and documentation accurately
• Liaise with service advisors and communicate clearly where needed
• Uphold manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks
• Mentor junior technicians where appropriate and lead by example
About you:
• Relevant Vehicle Technician qualifications
• Extensive experience in a similar role (franchised dealership preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to show initiative and work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
