ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Chard, Somerset
SALARY: £32,760 + overtime + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm • NO SATURDAY ROTA

Duties:

Responding to customer requests
Booking in vehicles for service / repair
Checking in vehicles
Tracking vehicles through the workshop
Handing over the vehicle
Achieving incremental sales
Using technology effectively
Managing your own performance
Contributing to effective working
Dealing with customer complaints
Contributing to improved service processes
You:

Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience in a main dealership or independent workshop
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
