ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Wambrook, Taunton
SALARY: £32,760 + overtime + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm (NO SATURDAY ROTA)

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

Greet workshop staff and assist with parts and accessories in person and via phone or email
Identify correct parts for repairs and provide quotations, availability and pricing advice
Take workshop orders, raise purchase order numbers and handle invoices and receipts
Receive, unpack and store parts
Maintain stock levels, complete stock checks and reorder when required
Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims and maintain an organised parts department
About you:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Good knowledge of car parts and confident using electronic parts catalogues
