ROLE: Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Tewkesbury
SALARY: 50k + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00am – 12.30pm

Duties:

Oversee daily workload allocation to maximise efficiency
Monitor technician performance and ensure work meets manufacturer standards
Drive motivation through mentorship and guidance while maintaining your own productivity as a technician
About you:

Previous workshop experience in a main, franchised or independent dealership
Full UK driving licence
Mechanical qualifications
