ROLE: Motor Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Pershore, Worcestershire
SALARY: 40k OTE + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00am – 12.30pm

Duties:

Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately
Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed
Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks
Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example
About you:

Vehicle Technician level qualifications
Extensive experience in a similar role (franchised dealership preferred)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
