ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Evesham
SALARY: 40k OTE + car + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm • 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00am – 12.30pm

Key duties:

Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Profile:

Proven car sales experience (franchise or well-established dealership ideal)
Demonstrates regular prospecting activities and consistent sales performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
