ROLE: Motor Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Guildford, Surrey
SALARY: 40k basic + 6k bonus + Company Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm — NO SATURDAYS

You will need previous Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician experience in a main or franchised dealership or an independent workshop. You will also need a full UK driving licence and your own tools.

Duties:

Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately.
Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed.
Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example.
About you:

Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications.
Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence.
