ROLE: Vehicle Technician (Diagnostic)
LOCATION: Liverpool
SALARY: 38k basic, 48k OTE + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00 (no Saturday rota)

To be considered for this role, you will need diagnostic experience and a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds). You will also need your own tools and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose complex systems and perform routine servicing and repairs across the vehicle range.
Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Communicate clearly with customers to understand issues and provide suitable resolutions.
Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.
