ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Watford
SALARY: 20k basic, 50k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm (with a day off). Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Every other Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm

Key duties:

Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Profile:

Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
