ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Epsom
SALARY: up 42k basic, 48k ote + healthcare bonus + GREAT company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician for our client dealership Surrey based.

You will need to have previous experience in a main or franchised dealership or an independent workshop. You will also need a full UK driving licence and tools.

Duties
• Performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Completing vehicle health checks and documentation accurately.
• Liaising with service advisors and ensuring clear communication with customers where needed.
• Upholding manufacturer and safety standards across all tasks.
• Mentoring junior technicians where appropriate and leading by example.

About you
• Experienced Vehicle Technician level qualifications
• Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably in a franchised dealership.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to show initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence
