ROLE: Retail Sales Manager
LOCATION: Loughton
SALARY: 28k basic, 75k OTE uncapped + car + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Saturday, you will work a 5 day week, 42.5 hours

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our clients dealership in Loughton.

If you are high achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Retail Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.

Duties for this Retail Sales Manager role:

Responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department;
Be the the core of all sales enquiries
Developing the sales team.
Ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.
Candidate profile for this Retail Sales Manager role:

Have experience in the motor trade as a Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Retail Manager
Full UK driving license
Outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front and inspire your colleagues
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
