ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
SALARY: 24k basic, 60k OTE + company car + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6.00pm (fixed day off), Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm, 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00am – 4.00pm

Duties include:

Providing a warm, personalised experience to every customer
Following the established sales process in line with FCA and company standards
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Prospecting and following up new and existing sales opportunities
Completing all sales administration accurately and on time
Appraising vehicles for part-exchange in collaboration with management
Building long-term customer relationships through post-sale follow-up
About you:

Previous car sales experience
Strong face-to-face and telephone communication skills
Sales-driven, ambitious, and target focused
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using digital sales tools and systems
Well-presented and professional
Full clean UK driving licence
