ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: 27k basic, 30k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. NO SATURDAY ROTA

Duties:

Greet workshop staff and assist with parts and accessories in person and via telephone / email
Identify correct parts for repairs, provide quotations, and advise on availability and pricing
Take orders, raise purchase order numbers, and handle invoices and receipts
Receive, unpack and store parts safely and accurately
Maintain stock levels, carry out stock checks and identify when replacement stock is required
Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims, and maintain a clean, organised parts department
About you:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor trade
Excellent telephone skills and confidence speaking with customers and workshop teams
Good knowledge of car parts and competent using electronic parts catalogues
