ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Cardiff
SALARY: 25.4k basic – 45k OTE + benefits
HOURS: 5 days per week (40 hours)

Duties:

Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines
Candidate profile:

Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
Demonstrates consistent prospecting activity and strong sales performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
