ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Warwick
SALARY: £27,000 basic, £32,000 OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours), 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at overtime

Duties:

Greet workshop staff and assist with parts and accessories in-person, by phone and via email
Identify correct parts for repairs, provide quotations and advise on availability and pricing
Take orders, raise purchase order numbers and handle invoices and receipts
Receive, unpack and store parts
Maintain stock levels, complete stock checks and reorder where required
Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims and maintain a clean, organised parts department
About you:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent telephone manner and customer service
Strong knowledge of parts and confidence using an electronic parts catalogue
