ROLE: Trade Parts Manager
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: £35,000 basic + £40,000 OTE + company car
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm

Overview:
As Trade Parts Manager, you will oversee the B2B sales operations of the parts department, focusing on supplying independent garages, body shops and fleet operators.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute plans to grow trade sales revenue and meet profitability targets
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage a dedicated portfolio of trade accounts
• Train and mentor Trade Parts staff, including Parts Advisors and delivery drivers
• Set departmental KPIs and conduct performance reviews to maintain high productivity
• Establish pricing structures balancing volume and profit margins
• Maintain a customer-focused approach, handling technical enquiries and supply chain issues
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer trade teams and participate in approved campaigns

About you:
• 3–5 years in automotive parts operations, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role
• Proficient in Keyloop (CDK) Drive and electronic parts catalogues (EPCs)
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
• Able to perform in fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Full UK driving licence
