ROLE: Paint Technician / Bodyshop Painter
LOCATION: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
SALARY: £35,000 basic, OTE £48,000 + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (flexible working hours)

Key responsibilities:
• Carry out vehicle body refinishing in an efficient and skilful manner
• Prepare vehicles to be resprayed and mix paint to ensure correct colour matching
• Plan work to ensure vehicles are ready when promised, in line with customer requirements
• Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications
• Refinish vehicles right-first-time to eliminate wastage
• Quality control your own work for defects prior to final QC checks
• Work to achieve 100%+ efficiency
