ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Watford
SALARY: £30,000 basic + £7,000 bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. Saturday 8.30am – 12.30pm on rota

What you’ll do:
• Greet customers and provide exceptional service
• Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
• Liaise between customers and technicians
• Explain repair work and costs clearly
• Upsell additional services where appropriate
• Ensure smooth and efficient workshop flow
• Coordinate work schedules and provide progress updates
• Manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and records accurately

To be successful, you’ll have:
• Previous Service Advisor experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic technical vehicle knowledge (training provided)
• Strong IT, organisation and administration skills
• Professional appearance and team-focused attitude
