ROLE: LCV / Van Technician
LOCATION: Dunstable
SALARY: £35,000 basic, OTE £55,000 + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00pm (paid at overtime rate)

Duties:
• Undertake maintenance, servicing and repair activities to the highest standard within scheduled times
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults (including some warranty work, subject to training/experience)
• Complete work from job cards and electronic write-ups through franchise platforms
• Carry out electronic vehicle health checks (EVHCs) and video health checks
• Support and guide apprentice technicians when required

About you:
• Previous experience as a commercial vehicle technician is essential
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognised qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
• MOT testing ability is desirable (training available if not qualified)
• Team player, comfortable working to processes and procedures
• Motivated, organised and focused on health & safety
• Tech-savvy and confident using an iPad
• Able to service and maintain vehicles across brands
