ROLE: Bodyshop Advisor
LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent
SALARY: £31,000 basic, £33,000 OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
• Provide regular communication to customers and insurers, keeping them informed of repair progress, additional work required and vehicle completion (ensuring records are kept up to date)
• Ensure all estimates/works are managed and administered in line with processes
• Upsell bodywork, smart repairs and alloy wheel repairs where appropriate
• Process invoices and ensure payment is received in full before vehicles are released
• Liaise with internal aftersales colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Help manage customer problems, complaints and difficult situations to a speedy, satisfactory conclusion

About you:
• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
• Motor trade or bodyshop experience is desirable (estimating/body repair system knowledge helpful but not essential)
• Strong customer service and organisational skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations
• Full clean UK driving licence
