ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Salisbury
SALARY: 21k basic, 50k ote + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Sundays

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our clients high-performing sales team!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, builds rapport with ease, and is motivated to deliver exceptional results.

Beyond achieving sales targets, you will play a crucial role in customer retention—ensuring every owner feels valued, understood, and supported throughout their entire ownership journey.

You will:
• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service
• Follow a consistent and customer-centric sales process
• Identify customer needs and support them through the entire buying journey
• Work toward agreed sales targets, proactively following up on leads and enquiries

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who:
• Thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in achieving results
• Listens attentively and shows a genuine interest in customer needs
• Has an approachable, engaging, and professional manner
• Is enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven to meet—and exceed—sales targets
• Have a minimum of 2 years motor trade sales experience
• Is passionate about the Audi brand and delivering a truly premium customer experience
