SALARY: 33k basic, 39k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. Saturday 1 in 4

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Surrey.

Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor duties:
• Provide a warm, professional greeting and clear communication on all service or repair needs.
• Collaborate with the workshop and technicians to ensure efficient completion of work, including organizing test drives as needed.
• Offer additional products and services that benefit the customer, such as warranties and service plans.
• Create accurate job cards, maintain customer records, and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate with the parts and aftersales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Address any issues promptly, finding the best resolution for both the customer and dealership.
• Keep customers updated on service progress, costs, and timelines to ensure full transparency.

The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
• Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with VAG or a premium brand.
• Knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes, able to explain technical information to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage bookings, paperwork, and communications effectively.
• Comfortable recommending products and services such as service plans, warranties, and accessories.
• Familiarity with dealership software like Kerridge or RTC.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
