ROLE: Bodyshop Painter
LOCATION: Shoreham-by-Sea
SALARY: £40,000 basic (plus performance related bonus) + benefits
HOURS: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00am – 1.00pm

As a Bodyshop Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are completed to the highest possible standard for our customers.

Key responsibilities:
• Complete paint work to an extremely high standard
• Complete work efficiently without affecting quality
• Clean and prepare vehicle body surfaces
• Ensure all equipment and tools are used in accordance with safety requirements
• Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained
• Ensure PPE is cleaned and maintained
• Liaise with the Body Repair team to ensure an efficient workflow

Experience:
• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Painter / Car Painter / Car Sprayer in body repair is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualifications are highly desired
