ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Letchworth
SALARY: 30k basic, 35k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. Saturday 1 in 2 from 8.00 – 1.00. when working on a Saturday, you work 8.00 – 5.00 during the week

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join our client’s dealership, in the Letchworth vicinity.

Duties for our Service Advisor vacancy:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

About YOU:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
