ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Salisbury
SALARY: 29.5k basic, 35k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30. Saturday on a rota

The role:
• Provide a professional service to customers while their vehicle is with the workshop and keep track of its progress
• Liaise with colleagues in the workshop and parts department
• Advise customers on additional work requirements and costs
• Schedule and record work while maintaining an efficient and courteous manner
• Provide strong administrative support to the aftersales team
• Assist with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing, and registering new cars

About you:
• Team player with experience in a customer-focused role
• Flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor experience in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
