ROLE: Car Sales Executive
LOCATION: Dunstable
SALARY: 22.5k basic, 55k OTE + Car + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.45 – 6.00 - with a day off. Saturday 8.45 – 5.00. Every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00

Flame Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive in Dunstable.

The duties for our Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive vacancy:
• Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
• Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines

About you the successful Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive :
• Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
• Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
