ROLE: Service Manager
LOCATION: Reading
SALARY: 40k basic, 50k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager for our clients main dealership in Reading.

They will consider a strong Service Advisor looking to take the next step!

Responsibilities:
• Exceed the monthly financial net profit target
• Ensure your team deliver outstanding customer experience
• Managing 5 technicians and a Service Advisor
• Ensure that your department adheres to our health and safety policy
• Make sure that the main KPI is exceeded
• Maintain an excellent relationship with our manufacturing partners
• Consistently live the company's core values and instil this in your team members

As the Service Manager:
• You will be a proven leader, with strong team development and communications skills.
• You must be able to coach and motivate the team to exceed sales and financial targets.
• You will have a proven record of delivering excellent customer service
• Have 3 years’ experience in aftersales
• Proven leader with a charismatic persona and good emotional intelligence
• Target driven and ambitious
• Experience in coaching people with the ability to adapt their style to suit individual needs
• Strong business analytic skills, identifying any issues and taking the necessary action
