ROLE: Diagnostic Technician
LOCATION: Chard
SALARY: 40k plus overtime + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 4.30. Plus alternate Saturday mornings

About you:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or a minimum of 4 years continuous experience
• Up to date knowledge of diagnostic systems
• Preferably EV / Hybrid vehicle qualified (not essential)
• Full valid UK driving licence
• MOT Tester qualification desirable but not essential
• Ability to understand vehicle wiring diagrams
• Ability to diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across the vehicle range
• Ensure every repair is a quality first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and opportunities
