ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Croydon
SALARY: £30,000 basic + £18,000 bonus (uncapped) + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 6:00
1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00 – 1:00 (paid overtime)

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing customer bookings for servicing and repairs
• Providing accurate estimates and clear communication on costs and timescales
• Acting as the key link between customers and the workshop
• Working closely with technicians, parts and sales teams
• Upselling service plans, parts and additional work where appropriate
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service journey
• Preparing job cards and briefing technicians

About you:
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
• Full UK driving licence
