ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Aylesbury
SALARY: 30k basic + £850 pm bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.00 – 12.00

Flame Recruitment is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.,

Duties:
• Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles
• Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs
• Ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly
• Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service
• Organise the collection and delivery of cars for delivery
• Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible
• Acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions
• Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing any additional spends
• Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets
• Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

About you:
• Be an experienced Service Advisor within the Automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service
• Work well under pressure
• Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets
