ROLE: Automotive Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
LOCATION: Tonbridge
SALARY: Up to 46k basic + 12k bonus + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00

About you:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or minimum 4 years continuous experience
• Up to date knowledge of diagnostic systems
• EV / hybrid qualification desirable but not essential
• Full valid UK driving licence
• MOT tester qualification desirable but not essential
• Able to understand vehicle wiring diagrams
• Able to diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across the vehicle range
• Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and opportunities
