ROLE: Paint Technician
LOCATION: Derby
HOURS: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm. NO SATURDAY ROTA
SALARY: 34k basic, 40k OTE + benefits

Duties:
• Refurbishing painted alloy wheels
• Refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for resale
• Attending to and repairing scratches
• Repairing scuffs and dents
• Windscreen abrasions and chip repair
• General interior refurbishment and similar duties

About you:
• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician / Paint Technician is essential
• Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial
• Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about delivering the highest possible standard of repair with strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills to ensure assigned jobs are completed within estimated times
