ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Romford
SALARY: 32k basic, 40k OTE (uncapped) + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30 – 1.00

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our clients dealership.

Duties:
• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
• You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing
• Keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
• Have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
• Ensure customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

About you
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail
