ROLE: Preparation Centre Manager
LOCATION: Romford
SALARY: 33k basic, 37k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise vehicle preparation, including cleaning, inspections and minor repairs
• Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency
• Coordinate with sales, service and logistics teams
• Maintain quality control standards and compliance with regulations
• Monitor stock levels of materials and equipment
• Lead, train and motivate the preparation team

Requirements:
• Proven experience in automotive preparation, workshop control or a similar role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
