ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: West London
SALARY: 32k basic, bonus from £500 – £1,400 per month + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 with a 1 hour lunch. Saturdays on a rota, paid as overtime, 8.30 – 12.30

Key responsibilities:
• Arranging and booking customer vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email
• Providing the best advice on reported repairs or additional service requirements, and becoming the customer’s point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being in the workshop
• Providing updates and consultative advice on repair work being carried out or required
• Creating customer invoices and explaining the work completed on the vehicle
• Proactively rescheduling future appointments for vehicle maintenance or servicing

About you:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to provide tailored customer service and upsell to a wide range of customers
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates
• Happy to manage your own workload and customer base
