ROLE: Automotive Service Advisor
LOCATION: Hemel Hempstead
SALARY: 35k – 40k + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.15 – 5.30. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Our client – a family run workshop in Hemel Hempstead is currently looking to take on an experienced Service Advisor for their busy workshop.

Duties:
• Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
• You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing
• Keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
• Be able to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

You will need to have previous experience as a Service Advisor as well as a full UK driving license.
