ROLE: Parts Advisor
LOCATION: Gloucester
SALARY: 30k + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00

Duties:
• Greet workshop staff and assist with parts and accessories enquiries in person, by telephone, and by email
• Help the workshop identify the correct parts for repairs, provide quotations, and advise on product selection, availability, and pricing
• Take workshop orders, raise purchase order numbers, and handle invoices and receipts
• Receive, unpack, and store parts
• Maintain stock levels, complete stock checks, and identify when replacement stock is needed
• Keep accurate records, pursue warranty claims, and maintain a clean and organised parts department

About you:
• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the motor trade
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good knowledge of car parts and confidence using an electronic parts catalogue
